My shoot for Lime and Tonic at Mandarin Oriental Prague was fun and exciting experience of molecular gastronomy placed in beautifull cellar that would take your breath away. Not only the scenery of  luxurious hotel with excelent service but mainly the magic of taste and visual pleasure of food they serve you from their cheff Jiří Štift.
Worth mentioning are their coctails that goes together with the six course menu.
You would not want to miss for example liquid nitrogen mango bitter martini which is frozen at -200 degrees Celsius! andwill be served to you as a ball!...
Or very delicious Kumquatina...
Or Jasmine Martini...
