Stoji u okna jen v dzinach.
Zlute svetlo z ospale lampy z ulice dokresluje jeho muzne telo.
Soustredim se abych se mu divala do oci. Jsou hnede, modre?
Neni to snadne. Ma touha me navadi,abych pristoupila bliz. Mozna skocim.Ok, tak neskocim.

Vzduch ztezknul….elektrizujici napeti ve vzduchu mi nedovoli se pohnout. Ani o pid.

Vypada jako vzpominka.
Vzpominka,kterou jsem nikdy neprozila.

Bojim se, ze se pohnu a on zmizi.
Ma potreba, ma prani i ma spalujici touha se vypari.

Zhluboka se nadechl a pristoupil ke me...”znam te” rekl..."byla jsi v mem snu!"

Late summer night and the air was filled with questionmarks. They were hanging above us just like mellow pears but no one wanted to ask. Why ruining it. Not knowing is sometimes much more magical then floathing questions and desperate need to answer them originally. Not knowing means fully swimming in our own pool of fantasy. Reality is far far away.

He smells nice. Quiet. Confused.

I don’t know If I smell nice…If I should be quiet….even If I ever see him again but I know I am not confused….enjoying fully the fleething moment of strong desire to share sweet cherry nothing. I don’ t know him. He doesn’ t know me. And that’s the exciting part. I have the need to cuddle and breath. Staying still. He’ s playing with my hair. I am thinking we are both crazy. I want to touch him but it is way tu surreal. Closing my eyes and just coexisting. I know when I open them, he will be gone.

Tied together with polite sentences, afraid we might scare each other off. Its comic yet not funny. Its intimate yet so strange. In these days of rush arrogant impression making statements are these fleetment moments so fragile, exclusive yet so simple.

Byl vlahy letni vecer a ve vzduchu vyseli otazniky. Houpaly se nam nad hlavami jako prezrale hrusky, ale otazku nepolozil ani jeden. Proc to kazit. Vzdyt nevedet je nekdy kouzelnejsi nez zaplava otazek a pokusu na ne poutave odpovidat. Nevedet znamena naplno si vychutnavat svuj vlastni vyfantazirovany svet. Realita je tak vzdalena.

Voni. Mlci. Tape.

Nevim jestli vonim ja…..nevim jestli mam mlcet…..nevim jestli ho jeste nekdy uvidim, ale netapu…..uzivam si prchave okamziky momentalni touhy jen tak sdilet sladke nic.

Neznam ho. On nezna me. V tom je to kouzlo. Mam chut se pritulit a dychat. Jen tak. Hladi me po vlasech. Rikam si, ze jsme oba blazni. Chci se ho dotknout, ale neodvazim se. Zaviram oci a jen tak koexistuju. Vim, ze az je otevru uz tu nebude.

Sevreni v kazajkach otrepanych frazi pro ten pocit slusnosti a strachu, aby se ten druhy nahodou nevydesil. Je to komicke ale vubec ne k smichu. Je to intimni a zaroven tak cizi. V dnesni uspechane dobe plne arogantnich poz a protrelych frazi, kdy chceme vsechny ohromovat a uchvacovat, jsou prchave okamziky tak exkluzivni a zaroven ve sve podstate tak proste.

Sladke nic.

Potrebujeme je, nabijeji nas. Kouzlo neceho, co je necekane neopakovatelne. Neda se to zachytit, neda se to vysvetlit a neda se to zopakovat.

Prchave okamziky ktere vybarvuji cernobilou omalovanku nasich zivotu duhovymi barvami. A pro ten momentlani pocit jsme schopni vzdat se vseho horkeho pro sladke nic….a nic vic.

If I skip the story about packing suitcase for at least 6 hours ( I was going only for 5 days) and 5 different outfits for the trip only…..after missing a bus to the airport and being twice closed between the door trying to entrance the bus (and I am quite intelligent you would say)…..I graciously sway to the airport. Everybody know I love airports. So I decide to absorb the aroma first. After enough observing If some handsome guys are in sight….no, not the one sitting next to me on the bench trying to beg all my ciggarets out of me. He was crosseyes, lisp and was babbling something about me and Mona Lisa being sisters…..ok, time for me to go check the flight....I politely smiled and left. 6 huge screens with flights that covers almost all day and only 1 flight cancelled. MINE ofcourse. Fatalisticly I walked through the whole airport to get to the right stand to find out why and what are my options. Group of people was already yelling at those poor girls behind check-in and I was trying to catch the point. Nothing drastical….Brussels airport has decide the only day I want to fly would be the bet time to throw two days strike and no planes would take off or land. Maybe they knew I was coming so it would be better not to let me and prevent catastrophy that I may cause with my clamsyness.My only option would be to fly to Amsterodam…which was temting at first I have to say…but I would have to wait 8 hours and still no sure I could get in (loving stand-by) I would get there so late at night, that I thought to myself that getting at night to a country without accommodation or anybody I know would be too much adventure for me after all.



So I gave up, turned and went back to the city. Thought ok I can't go home now, I am too disappointed. (I should have do that!)Went to a spa instead….but the Jacuzzi didn' t wash my sad feeling of the day away so I thought maybe a nice movie would cheer me up.



With all that laguagge I had with me I patter to a cinema and asked for a ticket to Mamma Mia! (nice musical should do it) …..

"Only one ticket?" the boy asked me.

'Yes,only one."I replied.

"You going alone?" like he couldn't believe it.

"Yes I am going alone!"my voice sounded tense.



Like I would be an alien to go to cinema alone in the early afternoon. I just took the ticket and went to an empty cinema. Well, for my good feeling I was not completely alone…there were two cuddling couples…on my both sides (I blame the ticket boy he placed them there so I wont feel so lonely) and an old lady in front. Great. I am total looser I thought to myself and tried to enjoy the movie. Even thought the songs were nice and catching the whole concept of a movie was a disaster and I was playing with the idea to leave in the middle. (Ok, I could not do that….end up alone in the cinema and leave in the middle….that would be it!) When the torture of two hours of ignoring the couples biting their heads off next to me was over I wanted to go home. Sadly for me that was not over.......My handbag broke the moment I was picking it up from the ground. So with the suitcase….plastic bag and handbag under my arm…totally exhausted covered with bags like a christmas tree with lighbowls I was trying to find the shortest way to the subway.

I felt really lucky I got all there in one piece…..grabbed the first empty seat and was blindly starring at that handsome dude opposite of me hidden behind sunglasses. I thought he liked me too……but we wont find that out cause when the lady said after like 15 minutes : "Next station Dejvice" I was like…shit…it didn't supriced me anymore….I went the opposite direction. All the way to the end….with the line I am using every single day. That is really incredible. Hash hash I took all my bags…hit the door and jump out of a train like it would explode If I stayed in. Well, maybe I would feel like Sandra Bullock in Speed movie.In my case I could have been more like Mr.Been! Went back my direction….waited another hour for bus I would catch If I choose the correct direction at first.



And the story with leaning my body at the boy sitting next to me on a bus that smelled oh so nice and I was shocked that after day like that I could get actually turned on only by sitting next to unobtrusively male with nice perfume…I will skip. Cause this boy was not only nice smelling and following me all my way home….he also turned out to be my neighbor who lives above me and we totally hate each other since he thinks I am snob bitch and I think he is drunk and loud asshole…and we usually shout at each other through walls at nights.


I closed the door….sit down still holding all my bags….and there it was…words in my head with the lovely melody....

Tears were running down my cheeks...tears of reliefe that MAYBE I finally came to a sence.

They say that in love and war everything is allowed. Does that count when it comes to lies? What you should and should not tell when you want your relationship to start or survive? Sometimes we need to use a little of steamroller tactics. I picked 4 men and placed them into 4 little example stories.

You just got out of relationship that lasted few years, because he finded someone new. Your selfconfidence is on ground zero. OK…only totally unexperinced guy would fall for that. Guy who collected couple of experience on love making art would never believe you and he will even get offended that you don' t want to tell him the truth. BUT on the other side specific number of your loving partners could knock him down, right?

It is interesting fact, that while women are ashamed of how many lovers they had, therefore they lowering their number….man boast with theirs "scalps" and even with those that they never had! Simply they are machos that no girl can resist….

You always cruised around each other. The chemistry was so strong you could get electric shock every time your eyes met. Still some mysterious way you managed to keep your decorum. Until eventually at your friend BBQ party you couldn't resist any longer and you end up in attic…wildly kissing…clothing flying everywhere and finally you find yourself lying on the floor (bed was too far) in passionate clinch. It seemed perfect. Only that after couple of moves it was over. You obviously realizing that there is a fly on a window and that top wall need to be painted. Maybe you think..common it was the first time, we don' t know each other that good yet, it will be better. But what If you will have a repete and it will end up the same? Will you play him little theater again? Or you better leave and never come back? If you fake orgasm, you will do the favor for his ego but also you place yourself into a theater actress role that you never get rid of. Football! I LOVE IT!


And here it comes. You fallen head over heels for this guy. You love him so much you would eat him. You kissing him, cuddling him, don' t letting him off your sight. Where he goes…you go. You' re like his shadow. He loves summer festivals? You always wanted to experience the festival atmosphere. He plays for local football team? You cannot imagine more exciting afternoon then supporting your darling on a football field and yelling at referee to buy a glasses. He enjoys eating at fast foods? Sure who needs classy restaurant when you can stand side by side enjoying grease food together?

So while your darling having great time doing all these activities, because it really is his hobby, you are soon to realize that at festival you are like in a bowl, fat beer stinking bold guys are rub against you everywhere you move…that on dedane you sitting like a chicken, watching game that you find boring and while eating in fast foods you feel really sick afterwards and you don' t even have chance to enjoy the feeling of proper meal since you eat it fast (fast food,right?) and you would prefer nice restaurant where you can sit and enjoy your meal. But you can' t bring yourself to say all that to your darling, because after all you just want to be with him at least for a while no matter what are you doing.

It is not smart to get hung up on a guy and follow him everywhere he goes. Every man needs his freedom, and space and moment they feel they lost it…usually they solve it the only way they know (no they would not sit down and explain to you what they need) they would just leave.

Can you really imagine that week after week spending your free time by doing things you don't enjoy?

That you can be such a good actress he would not notice that his single male friends accompany you everywhere you move and you fed up with that or that you really enjoy classical bar more then festival simply judged by the grin on your face?

It' s better to tell him the truth…that you like him and wanted to spend some time with him but there are other things that you enjoy more and not everythime you happy to follow only his schedule. I am sure he'll understand! (right, haha)




But, I respect you


Friends were making fun of you, your parents were unhappy that you'll never get married because you were single for too long. But you are not anymore. You met this guy, you were dating few times and it looks it could work out. You cannot concentrate on anything because youre mind is occupied all the time with dreams how it will look like when you see him again. Counting the days from your last date, and hypnotizing your phone constantly when HE will call again. And when he finally does and says he would like to see you, but unfortunately he has only one hour and you have to go all over Prague to meet him, because he has important meeting and cannot go to far…you drop everything from your hands…leave everything the way it is and jump into a first taxi. You would drive the whole world, let yourself being shoot to the Moon..…simply anything to spent sime time with him. And If you are lucky the date will happen (he can also let you know last minute that he has to cancel since something else came up, and you have tu turn, pay all the way in cap back and finish your stuff back home salten up with tears of dissapointment and humiliation).

During the whole date you are swallowing every single word he says, can' t stare enough at him, and ready to make all his dreams come true…

It looks you really love him, and that is alright of course.

But what about him? Is he interested? Or he is just enjoying you are jumping as he whisle? It is good not to be available everytime he calls. It is not easy but try it. When he calls and set the meeting you unfortunately don' t have time. You would want to go there and there. He can't? You are very sorry but you had another plans, but still If he likes to join you he is welcome….ect. You figure out how to escape and still show interest. If he is interested….it shows.





I am sure every girl find herself in one of those 4 situation at least once. Of course there are more then 4, but I think this is enough. We have to go easy on guys, not wanting them to break down,right?:)



After all we live and learn, and even though we are not happy once it happens to us...after some time we realize, that the only thing we can do is laugh. Cause it is funny.

When I dream about you, I wish you would take my hand and take me where you are....experience the beauty of life you do....to see what your eyes see...to breath the air you breath.... get carried away with closeness that doesn’t need words.
I envy the chance to travel places that leave sweet memories in your heart...and aroma of the freedom that far far away I hope make you feel that you miss me, perhaps?

I wish I could be where you are...so I could lean my head on your shoulder and I know,nobody would take this moment away from me. The moment you touch my hair and kiss me.
Those are my dreams...pictures I see on the walls of a cold hospital, when there is quiet and only smell of life and death is breathing on my neck. When the pain is slowly floating away, I think about moments that made me happy. And I know If I never see you again...the feeling of happiness is always going to stay in my heart.
And those are the moments I realize the reasons I adore you:

Because when you stay up with me all night when I am sick, and when you stay with me on the phone even thought I have nothing to say...when I say I am ok, you dont believe am and keep talking to me...you make me feel I matter to you.
When you watch my favorite movie with me or my favorite show even if you think its stupid...when you hang out with me when I am bored or sad and when you let me wear your clothes...you giving me the world.

The only thing that is left is the kiss in a pouring rain;)
